General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale applied to the exclusion of all other conditions.
You declare having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Confirmation of your order shall constitute acceptance of all these conditions.
Unless otherwise shown, the data registered on our site shall constitute proof of all transactions made by SACISO and its customer.
The price of our products is indicated in euros excluding taxes (VAT as mentioned above will be invoiced according to the current rate on the shipment date). They shall agree on “Ex Works,” excluding any additional packaging and energy surcharges. The indicated price shall be valid for all countries. The products and services sold on the site are reserved for professionals only.
SACISO shall reserve the right to change its prices at any moment, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the effective rates at the time of confirming any order.
In accordance with Law No. 80-335 of 12.05.1980, amended by the Law of 10.06.1994, any of our sold goods shall remain the property of SACISO until full payment of the agreed upon price.
Our product offers and prices shall be valid for 30 days, subject to available stocks. If a prepayment or advance payment is made, we will reimburse any products that we could not have delivered, except by prior written consent between SACISO and its customer.
The product shall be delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated whilst placing your order. A change of delivery location may result in a surcharge that the customer will be required to accept. The normal average timeframe corresponding to the timeframe for shipment processing and the delivery time. In any case, we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery.
Except at the express request of the customer, no splitting of the order will be made by SACISO. In the event that splitting the order is requested by the customer, cost distribution for processing and shipping will only be invoiced for a single shipment. SACISO shall not be held liable if it was incapable of delivering the remainder of the order. The first shipment may not be returned.
Our products shall always travel at the risk and cost of the recipient, even if the Franco is granted. Acceptance of our packages by the customer shall be unconditional; the customer shall assume its responsibility with regard to any damage resulting from the transportation of goods. Therefore, it shall be up to the recipient to make any required reservations and address any request for compensation with the carrier. Unless otherwise requested, our goods shall be delivered by the carrier of our choice. In the case where our prices include free shipping, we may need to change our prices if a customer requests a certain carrier.
SACISO shall reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute relating to payment of a previous order. A prepayment will be required for any first-time order or an order from a buyer that does not have a SIREN number. A deposit may be required for any product not kept in stock or non-standard size or finish, even if the product has already been purchased from SACISO.
Any order not shipped within 30 days may be cancelled by the customer upon written request. An email confirmation of cancellation shall be sent to you.
Payment shall be made by:
Credit card directly on the website
Bank transfer or bank wire within 30 days of the invoice date, or monthly billing, for customers with an account and an approved credit line
By bank transfer to our account for any deposit and prepayment (our account number will be provided in the order confirmation).
Any bank fees resulting from foreign transactions shall be fully borne by the purchaser.
In the event of a late payment, a late fee surcharge shall be applied according to the law in force. VAT shall be paid on the current rates; in case of discount, the amount of the deductible VAT shall be reduced accordingly.
Any claim shall be made within 14 days following the receipt of the order.
We shall undertake to reimburse you, or to exchange the apparently defective or damaged products or not corresponding to your order if the error shall be attributed to SACISO. In all other cases, and particularly in the case of size errors or customer reference, only "stocked" and "non-custom" goods may be accepted after application of restocking fees, equal to 15% of the amount of the goods, the return port shall be borne by the customer. "Non-stocked” products or products responding to "specific sizes" or "non-standard colours" may under no circumstances be returned.
Under the law on remote sales, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right to withdraw an order, unless certain exceptions apply for specific products. The right of withdrawal shall not apply for the following products:
Custom products
Non-standard colours
Cut to specific dimensions
Not stocked and specially ordered
Goods inseparable from other items
This period of 14 days begins on the delivery date of the goods. To exercise this right, you must use the form provided for this purpose in the bottom right hand corner of the SACISO home page or send your request by mail with receipt of acknowledgment, not omitting to mention the following:
Your name and address
The order number or invoice number concerned
You shall then have a period of 14 days to return, at your expense, in its packaging, the product concerned. After reception and inspection, a refund will be sent to you within 14 business days, excluding holidays. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
In addition to the manufacturer warranty varying according to the type of product, you shall benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty, including those relating to the warranty against hidden defects.
Products shall be refunded after receipt of the products by us.
